Please fill out the form below to register for the Wine Media Conference to be held August 5-7, 2021 in Eugene, Oregon. Note the name, company/blog name, and URL you provide below will be what shows up on your attendee badge.
Pricing depends on when you register and whether you qualify as Wine Media. Your registration includes all content, multiple wine tastings, and potentially other meals. It does not include your hotel, transportation to the conference, pre-con and post-con excursions, and other personal costs. If you are already registered for the conference and wish to register for an excursion, you an do so online.

Blogger/Media/Influencer Discount
Wine bloggers, media, and social media influencers can choose to receive either a $100, $200 or $300 discount off the above prices by agreeing to publish one, two, or three articles, stories, or videos about a 2021 sponsor. You choose at the conference which sponsor(s) you wish to write about, notify us once written, and we will then send your contact information and links to your posts to those sponsors. If you register and elect this option, you are committed to publishing the posts, stories, or videos. You must be unaffiliated with a business or other organization except a media outlet. If you have questions about your status, please let us know.
We believe this is a win for both attendees and sponsors. Sponsors are guaranteed a certain amount of coverage in general but need to earn it at the conference. Attendees receive a discounted rate and get samples of their work in front of key brands. To receive the discount, you must have an active blog or social media account substantially focused on the wine industry that was not created just for the conference or be a published writer.
Cancellations
If we cancel a conference, you can elect to receive your money back or transfer your registration to the new date. If you cancel your registration, there is no refund but you can transfer your registration with at least 30 days notice with these options:
- Transfer to another Zephyr conference in the same year
- Transfer your registration to someone else
We do not have registrations for only part of the conference and you cannot share your registration with someone else.

Host Hotel
Our host hotel is the Valley River Inn (1000 Valley River Way, Eugene, OR 97401, 541-743-1000), located right on the Willamette River and just across a bridge from Eugene’s central district. The hotel offers an outdoor pool, indoor pool, and fitness center for your leisure hours (if you have any) and is located right on a 12-mile network of riverside bike paths if you are ready for a workout. We love the Valley River Inn for the Wine Media Conference because they are happy to accommodate our special needs. Our room rate is $139, which is an excellent rate for high summer season.
