Please fill out the form below to register for the Wine Media Conference to be held September 29 – October 1 in Bergamo, Lombardy, Italy. Please carefully read this page to see full details and make sure you are eligible.
The conference will be limited to 64 people unless COVID restrictions in Italy are lifted.
Pricing depends on when you register and whether you qualify as Wine Media. Your registration includes all content on Friday and Saturday, multiple wine tastings, a planned Saturday dinner, and planned excursions into the local wine country. It does not include your hotel, transportation to the conference, pre-con and post-con excursions, wine education sessions on Thursday, and personal costs.
General Registration Price
- $650 starting September 1, 2022 / $350 with full media discount (see below)
Wine bloggers, media, and social media influencers can choose to receive either a $100, $200 or $300 discount off the above prices by agreeing to publish one, two, or three articles, stories, or videos about a 2022 sponsor. You choose at the conference which sponsor(s) you wish to write about, notify us once written, and we will then send your contact information and links to your posts to those sponsors. If you register and elect this option, you are committed to publishing the posts, stories, or videos. You must be unaffiliated with a business or other organization except a media outlet. If you have questions about your status, please let us know.
We believe this is a win for both attendees and sponsors. Sponsors are guaranteed a certain amount of coverage in general but need to earn it at the conference. Attendees receive a discounted rate and get samples of their work in front of key brands. To receive the discount, you must have an active blog or social media account substantially focused on the wine industry that was not created just for the conference or be a published writer.
All participants will be required to purchase a meal package during registration. This $200 package will cover an opening reception, two lunches, and two dinners (at least one off site). In the past, we often included similar meals at no charge. The times have changed and this additional fee will ensure we are able to provide you with a stellar conference experience, especially at times when food service in Italy is still under pandemic restrictions.
If we cancel a conference, you can elect to receive your money back or transfer your registration to the new date. If you cancel your registration, there is no refund but you can transfer your registration to another eligible person who wishes to attend. We do not have registrations for only part of the conference and you cannot share your registration with someone else.

We highly recommend getting travel insurance for your trip. This can cover your airfare, conference cost, and other unrecoverable costs. There are insurance policies that will cover COVID as well. Please note if you do not get travel insurance, you are taking on the risk of needing to cancel. Please do not ask us to cover this risk for you by requesting a refund of your registration fee.
